Choosing a bike is the beginning of a relationship built on trust, expertise, and support. Our dealers guide customers before, during, and after the purchase, helping them find the right setup, offering professional advice, and providing reliable after-sales service.
This human connection is at the heart of the 3T experience: a long-term relationship based on mutual trust between rider, dealer, and the brand.
To help customers understand the level of service they can expect, 3T dealers are divided into four categories.
AD — Authorized Dealer
The first step in the 3T dealer network. AD partners may display a selected range of products, while the full 3T collection remains available to order through professional customer service. Demo bikes may be available but are not guaranteed. This is a temporary level designed to build the foundation for a strong and lasting partnership.
EC — Experience Center
The most common 3T dealer level. Customers can usually find the full WPNT range and best-selling models from the ITALIA collection, with selected demo bikes available for test rides.
ECP — Experience Center Premium
Our most experienced and established partners. ECP dealers offer the full WPNT range, almost the entire ITALIA collection, guaranteed demo bikes, and the highest level of 3T product expertise and customer support.
3T Demo Center
The ultimate test-ride destination. These locations offer a dedicated demo fleet with multiple sizes and models available—especially from the Italian production range—giving riders the most complete 3T experience before purchase.
