Aqua Blue Sport @ Team Presentation Tour of Dubai

After a great start for for Aqua Blue Team in Australia in January, with a stage victory for Lasse at the Herald Sun Tour a Mountain Classification for Lasse and a Sprint Classification for Peter Koning at the Cadel Evans Road Race, the Aqua Blue Team arrived in Dubai to race the Tour of Dubai which will take place from February 6th to February 10th. Our Team Liaison Ricardo was present at the Team Presentation this evening, you can see the riders of Aqua Blue Sport on stage here:

Aqua Blue Sport will be competing with many other top cycling teams, such as BMC Racing Team (riding with 3T bars), Quickstep, Trek Segafredo, Team Katusha, Astana and Bahrain-Merida. The teams will be competing during 5 days over a total of 841 KM in the heat of Dubai.

Interesting to see is the various set ups for the 1x Strada that the riders choose for this key race in Dubai. We will see 5 different choices made by the Aqua Blue Riders:

Testing the 1x Strada is a key reason why we sponsor the Aqua Blue Team, as Gerard explained in his blog ‘does 1x work for the pros?‘. It is going to be interesting to see what set up works best for this race. We keep you posted and wish all Aqua Blue Sport riders a great race!
