SHIPPING & PAYMENTS

To assure you the best possible delivery service, 3T operates only with top international couriers.

All of our deliveries are managed by the DHL group. Deliveries are around 5 working days from time of shipment, except for the “Custom” category: for these products, considering the unique and handcrafted finishing process, deliveries are around 20 days from receipt of the order. 

When your products are passed to our courier, we send you an e- mail with the tracking number of the consignment and a link to the DHL website so you can track the progress of your delivery.

In case of a damaged or missing delivery, please contact 3T Customer Service. We remind you that, as stated in the Selling Terms and Conditions, all prices showed on the 3T website (and accepted by you by placing your order) include VAT where applicable, but DO NOT include import duties or any other importing or brokerage fee. Any such duties or fees are entirely at your expense.

We also remind you that the total freight varies by destination and total value of your order.

In order to ensure the highest payment security, 3T chooses Paypal for all online payments.

Paypal accepts payments by the most common credit cards or using a Paypal account.
