Alexis Cartier
A racer who really knows how to collect adventures. A veteran of the North American and Asian UCI road racing scene. Alexis' turn to gravel has been anything but traditional. Last year he racedall 6 of the LTGP events....except he bikepacked over 15,000km to get to each race. Be on the lookout for his film documenting the ride, due out this spring.

Andrew L'Esperance
Lespy fought is way into the Grand Prix the hardway in 2025, earning a spot as a Wild Card entrant after two big results at Sea Otter and Unbound. This year the former Canadian XCO star contiues to push the boundaries in gravel. Give Andrew the techiest, roughest terrain around and you know he'll come out ahead.

Kaitlyn Rauwerda
This young Canadian rider, now based in Girona, joins us for 2026 after discovering a true passion for gravel last season, following 12 years on the road. This year she’ll focus fully on gravel racing, proudly wearing the Castelli SOG jersey, so keep an eye on her as she rides forward on a two wheels rocket.

Laurie Arseneault
A veteran of the UCI Cross-country world cup circuit. Laurie brings a ton of off-road racing experience to table and some prestigious wins at events like Iceman Cometh in 2025. Look out for her ripping legs apart across the North American gravel scene this year.

Marjet Groen
Marjet is the kind of rider people too often overlook, but she keeps proving she belongs at the top. In 2025 she was 9th at The Traka and 16th at the Gravel World Championships while still working four days a week. She doesn’t overthink it, she just turns up and races hard. Now with more focus on the bike, give her long, tough races and a real shot, and she’ll be there at the front.

Nils Brun
With two top-5s in his first gravel races and a win at the unofficial Swiss Gravel Championships, Nils is fully focused on making 2026 his breakout year. A proven U23 Swiss champion on road , he’s bringing serious pedigree to the gravel scene. His ideal races are technical, hilly and hard from the gun. It may be his first full gravel season, but he’s already riding like a podium threat.

Samuele Tonello
Samuele is a true veteran of ultra‑distance racing on his custom 3T Racemax. He caught everyone’s attention with a top‑10 finish at Transcontinental Race No.11, completing the 4,000 km challenge in 12 days and securing 9th place overall; the first Italian ever to break into the top ten.
For 2026 he’ll be rolling on a fresh new whip, with his main target set on the brand‑new Taurus Mountain Race. Keep an eye on him, Samuele’s just getting started.

Toby Perry
Toby joins 3T for 2026 with experience from the EF Education–NIPPO Development Team, where he continued to grow as a promising British talent. His breakthrough in the gravel scene came in 2025 with a dominant solo victory at the first edition of The Hills, we all remember it as the most muddy race of the season.
He’s confident about what’s coming with the Reverb Cycling Team jersey and so are we.

3T Q+M launched in 2016 with the originalExploroand has riddenevery 3T since. This "professional team with amateur athletes” will always have the best condo-vibes at the race while mixing it up at the pointy end.. The squad will be taking on more North American Pro crits in 2026, along with Lifetime Grand Prix and other staple events of the pro gravel calendar like SBT GRVL, Iceman, BWR and more.
