When my partner and I first visited the Pyrenees back in 2015, we knew that this was the place for us. We were just looking for a short break, but we ended up hiring a couple of bikes and turning our trip into a mini cycling adventure. From the moment we set out on the bikes, we knew we had found something super special. The area was and still is relatively undiscovered, with quiet roads and trails and endless routes to suit all abilities.
As keen cyclists, with me being a passionate runner and my partner being a trained yogi, we knew that we had to move to this beautiful region of France. In 2018, we made the decision to create le bezy Pyrenees, a rural retreat, cycling lodge, B&B, and informal hotel. Our goal was to create a space for like-minded people to connect, take a break from the stresses of everyday life, and experience our ethos of relax, recharge, reconnect, and ride.
Located just 50 minutes south of Toulouse and 40 kilometers from the high Pyrenees mountains, le bezy Pyrenees is the ideal location for all kinds of cycling, whether it’s road or off-road and gravel. We’ve curated a vast collection of routes to suit all levels of ability on Komoot (@lebezypyrenees). We believe that cycling is a great way to explore the beautiful landscape of the Pyrenees, and we want to share that experience with our guests.
At le bezy Pyrenees, we offer a unique and authentic experience. Our farmhouse Supper Club aims to refuel and nourish our guests after a day in the saddle, where you can sit back, relax, and talk cycling around the farmhouse table with other guests. It’s a great way to share experiences and make new friends.
We’re thrilled to announce that we’re partnering with 3T this year to become ambassadors for their brand. We’re excited to be hosting a 3T travel week at le bezy later in 2023. The week will offer guests the chance to ride some of the best routes in the Pyrenees, test out 3T bikes, and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding countryside.
