The Racemax Boost Italia Integrale is our first made-in-Italy e-bike
In pursuit of the perfect ride, defining what perfect means to each and every rider is the first step toward finding this elusive experience. With the new Racemax Boost Italia Integrale, this quest may have found a semblance of an answer to that age-old question. Designed to encapsulate the essence of speed, agility, and unparalleled handling, the Racemax Boost Italia Integrale looks to take you further by adding a little boost, an electric bike seamlessly merging cutting-edge technology with the timeless allure of Italian craftsmanship.
From right here in our factory just outside Bergamo, we could engineer and build an electric bike from the ground up, maintaining the ride characteristics that have made our non-boost Racemax Italia Project X so popular amongst our professional riders.
One of the most striking features is the extremely light weight of the Racemax Boost Italia Integrale. Weighing in at under 11kg in the Racemax Boost Italia Project X version (size 54 without pedals), the bike stands as a testament to the relentless pursuit of that perfect ride. Drawing inspiration from its non-electric counterpart, the Racemax Italia, this electric version retains the same geometry, enabling riders to experience the thrill of effortless acceleration, precise maneuverability, and a faster ride when the trail gets rough.
By maintaining manufacturing all within the walls of our factory here in Italy, we’ve been able to tune the carbon layup and geometry on the Racemax Italia Boost for remarkable speed and stability, especially when confronted with rough and challenging terrain. The numbers speak for themselves: the bottom bracket boasts 9% increased stiffness compared to the RaceMax frame produced in Asia, and the head tube has an engineered stiffness to compliance ratio that makes the bike way faster on gravel and off-road surfaces typically encountered on the most epic gravel rides.
Speaking of epic, the functional range of the bike is increased not only by the light weight, something that is always appreciated while climbing the highest peaks, but also due to the Mahle X-20 system. whose engine engine provides 55Nm of power, but only when the user needs it, thanks to the input provided by the torque & cadence sensor located in the bottom bracket and the possibility to customise the power profile depending on rider needs.
The 236 Wh battery allows an average rider (below 75 kg) to easily overtake the 100 km and 1500 m of elevation with support on a hilly, fast gravel or paved route, considering the speed limit of 25 km/h in the EU.

For those long rides, the optional battery extender is positioned beneath the downtube so riders can take two bottles in the main triangle. When it’s finally time to top up the battery, the charging port is located underneath the bottom bracket for easy charging on the fly. When paired with 1x clearance up to 42mm WAM on 700c wheels and three bottle cage mounts, all-day comfort, fun, and performance are the focal points of this Italian-made machine
Lightweight functionality would be nothing without clean lines and functional adjustability, so the Racemax Boost Italia of course has to have the More Integrale stem with fully integrated cables and a highly adjustable configuration, so riders can effortlessly fine-tune the stem’s height and length without the hassle of cutting and replacing brake cables. Afterall, less time adjusting means more time on the roads, gravel, trails and whatever combination of those represents the perfect ride to each rider.
The choice of the ride remains in the hands of the rider, the bike is merely a tool to allow you to carve out the best ride on any given day – no limitations, just you, the bike and your imagination to take you farther than you could have imagined, thanks to a boost.
