The Racemax Italia with Integrale technology is here

There is a certain indescribable flair that comes from Italy. There’s a unique perspective on performance as an opportunity to create something sleek, beautiful, and timeless yet unafraid to push the boundaries of design in the pursuit of greater speed, distance, and elevation. This essence is fundamentally rooted in the idea of appearing effortlessly calm, cool and relaxed while doing so. It’s challenging to articulate, but once witnessed, it becomes instantly recognizable.

As we handcraft the Racemax Italia, our driving force is the desire to Be First, boldly pushing the boundaries of what an aero bike can be. We take pride in being the pioneers (far ahead of the competition) in creating a fully aero-minded gravel bike. We thought to ourselves, “Let the others watch,” as we returned to the drawing board once again, following the Italian tradition of elegant design.

The Tricolore painting

This time, our tribute of gratitude to that tradition is not solely confined to the processing of carbon fiber, which is meticulously crafted in our factory in Bergamo using the proprietary filament winding + RTM technology. In our selection of paint colours, we honour Italy by embracing the three colours that symbolize the national flag: the Tricolour – Green, White and Red, or in Italian: Verde, Bianco e Rosso.

Integrale technology and More stem

For some, it may be a matter of style, while for others, it’s about performance. Indeed, the complete integration of the cables on the new Racemax Italia benefits both aspects. The new Racemax Italia frames are the first to incorporate 3T’s Integral technology. They all come equipped with the More Integrale stem, inspired by the iconic and futuristic “More” stem that 3T introduced to the market more than twenty years ago.

Optimized gravel geometry and huge clearance

Aside from the complete integration of the cables, the new Racemax Italia remains consistent with the previous versions of this model. The geometry remains the well-established Racemax platform, optimized for gravel and available in four sizes: 51, 54, 56 and 58.

The tire clearance mirrors that of the “Racemax 418” frames. In summary, it accommodates up to 45mm WAM/355 mm RAM for 700c wheels and up to 60mm of WAM and 355mm RAM for 650b wheels in a 1x configuration. For 2x setups, the situation is a bit more complex, so we direct you to the specific blog post.
