We're back to Work

Today we are back to work at our Italian head office & factory in Bergamo. With many safety measures in place, such as wearing masks all day, people sitting spread out over the office, wearing gloves at lunch and cleaning desks, keyboards and door handles several times a day. But that’s fine, safety first; we are simply happy to see each other again, go biking and serve our customers. It has been a long wait.

We didn’t sit still though during this lockdown. In March we raised € 25.000 together with Elite for our hosipital in Bergamo. We stopped making cranks at our factory and used our equipment and resources to produce valves for breathing equipment, and once we produced enough of these valves, we moved on to make facial protection. Our Taiwan team raised money to buy masks, which we donated to the community. We even did a virtual launch of our new handlebar line-up.

Today we re- start the production of Torno cranks in our factory. And we start very cautiously.

To celebrate our re-opening and to thank our loyal customers for their support these past months, we wanted to do something special. Bergamo is the place were Arlecchino (Harlequin) was born in medieval times. When you enter Bergamo by car or bike, you can see his statue at the roundabout.

PULCINELLA (Napoli) ARLECCHINO (Bergamo)

He wears a beautiful colored costume with red, green, yellow, blue triangles, completed by a black mask. The colors of Arlecchino reflect all colors of his character.

We will be producing a limited edition ‘Exploro Arlecchino’ to celebrate our re-opening!

For this unique edition, we go all out: Sram Force/Eagle AXS 12-speed electronic group, 3T DiscusPlus i28 LTD carbon wheels (a little different than shown in these renderings), the latest Aeroghiaia handlebar and the VERY FIRST Torno crank that comes out of our re-started factory. Total value is EUR/USD 8,500.

The draw is now closed, but the Exploro Arlecchino is available as a limited edition. Just contact us for more information.
