Art. 1 PROMOTING ENTITY:

Art. 2 DELEGATED ENTITY:

For all bureaucratic formalities: the company Mazzolenis Barbara, with registered office in Fontaneto d’Agogna (NO), via Alleva 5/A — 28010, VAT No.: 02609440033.

For the organization of the aforementioned prize contest: the agency PTA Payment Solutions S.r.l., Via Verdi 12 — 24121 Bergamo (BG), VAT No.: 03661580161.

Art. 3 NAME OF THE CONTEST:

“Fly to Ride — Win a 3T Racemax Italia” (hereinafter, the “Contest”).

Art. 4 TERRITORY OF IMPLEMENTATION:

At Milan Bergamo Airport (BGY), via Aeroporto no. 13 — 24050 Orio al Serio (BG) (hereinafter, the “Airport”).

Art. 5 DURATION:

Advertising communication will begin on July 1, 2025.

Registration will be open from July 1, 2025, until 11:59 PM on December 31, 2025.

The final draw will be conducted by January 15, 2026, in the presence of a public official for the protection of public trust or a delegated person or notary.

Art. 6 PURPOSE OF THE CONTEST:

The Contest aims to promote the visibility of the 3T brand, the Racemax Italia bicycle line, and to expand the company’s email newsletter subscriber base.

Art. 7 ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS:

Final consumers of legal age, of any nationality, transiting through Bergamo - Orio al Serio Airport (BGY).

Employees and any subjects involved in organizing and managing this Contest are excluded.

Art. 8 PRIZES TO BE WON:

One 3T Racemax Italia bicycle.

Two pairs of 3T carbon wheels.

Two 3T carbon cranksets.

Five 3T-branded T-shirts.

Prizes will be delivered exclusively and directly to the winners.

Winners may not contest the assigned prizes, nor request their equivalent cash value or replacement for any reason.

If the Promoter is unable to deliver a prize, it reserves the right to substitute it with another of similar functionality and equal or greater value.

In the event of refusal of the prize, the winner will not be entitled to receive its monetary equivalent.

Prizes will be delivered at no cost to the winners within the legal maximum period of 180 days from the date of winning.

The Promoter is not responsible for failure to deliver prizes due to incorrect personal data provided by participants.

Prizes are non-commercial and non-convertible into cash.

The Promoter assumes no responsibility for prize use. In case of hidden defects or malfunctions not due to misuse, the winner must contact the manufacturer in accordance with the Consumer Code, which provides for timely repair or replacement if repair is not feasible or too burdensome.

Art. 9 PARTICIPATION METHOD:

From July 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, participants must access the website https://3t.bike/pages/flytoride using their smartphone, tablet, or computer, enter the Contest section and fill in the required participation form fields, accept the Contest regulations, authorize the processing of personal data, subscribe to the Promoter’s newsletter, and complete the provided questionnaire.

Failure to provide any of the above will prevent participation in the final draw.

To be eligible for the final draw, the participant must maintain an active email address used during registration and stay subscribed to the Promoter’s newsletter until the draw date.

Each customer may register and complete the questionnaire only once.

The registration is tied to a unique combination of first name, last name, and email address. Each email can be associated with only one full name.

Multiple email addresses traceable to the same identity are not permitted.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify and cancel any additional registrations by the same participant. Additional registrations may be invalidated retroactively, and if a win occurs, the prize will be reassigned to a reserve.

Participation under false or fictitious identity is not allowed.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify participant identity and take action if any violations occur.

Final draw: All participants who have registered properly between July 1 and December 31, 2025, will enter the final draw, to be held by January 15, 2026, in the presence of a public official or notary.

The draw will assign:

1st place: one 3T Racemax Italia EVO bicycle – SRAM Red.

2nd and 3rd places: one pair of 3T carbon wheels each.

4th and 5th places: one 3T carbon crankset each.

6th to 10th places: one 3T-branded T-shirt each.

Three reserves will be drawn for each prize in case of: unreachability of the winner, late or missing receipt of required documents, non-compliant documentation, failed verification, false data, or violation of this regulation.

Art. 10 EXCLUSIONS:

The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any participant who violates the rules of this Regulation.

Any attempt at fraud or inaccurate/false declarations leads to immediate exclusion from the Contest.

Art. 11 TOTAL PRIZE VALUE (VAT included where applicable):

One 3T Racemax Italia bicycle valued at €10,500.00.

Two pairs of 3T carbon wheels, valued at €2,000.00 each (€4,000.00 total).

Two 3T carbon cranksets, valued at €900.00 each (€1,800.00 total).

Five 3T-branded T-shirts, valued at €40.00 each (€200.00 total).

Total prize pool: €16,500.00 (VAT included).

A deposit equal to 100% of the prize value (€16,500.00) has been secured with the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, as required by Art. 7 of D.P.R. 430/2001.

Art. 12 PRIZE NOTIFICATION:

Winners will be notified via the email address provided at registration and must formally accept the prize within 10 days.

The Promoter is not responsible if the winner’s mailbox is full, disabled, or nonexistent, if the server does not respond, if the email is blacklisted, or if the email goes to the spam folder.

Participants are responsible for monitoring their inbox and ensuring no unauthorized third parties access it.

Art. 13 FINAL NOTES:

Participation is free of charge.

The Promoter is not responsible for lost, damaged, or late registrations due to internet issues or incorrect data.

The Promoter may change the contest format for just cause, in compliance with Art. 10 of D.P.R. 430/2001, with prior notice given in the same or equivalent form as the original announcement.

Participation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.

Art. 14 SERVER LOCATION:

The server collecting and managing Contest data is located in Italy.

Art. 15 BENEFICIARY NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION:

Prizes not claimed, not awarded, or not collected (excluding refused ones) will be donated to:

Art. 16 GUARANTEES AND COMPLIANCE:

This Contest is carried out in accordance with D.P.R. 26 October 2001, No. 430 and Circular No. 1/AMTC dated 28 March issued by the Ministry of Productive Activities.

Art. 17 ADVERTISING AND REGULATION PUBLICATION:

The Contest will be advertised exclusively at Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport (BGY), via a display case containing the grand prize bicycle and promotional graphics inviting participants to register online.

Art. 18 TAX WITHHOLDING WAIVER:

The company does not intend to exercise the right of recourse for the 25% withholding tax as per Art. 30 of D.P.R. No. 600 of 29/9/73 and will bear the corresponding tax burden.

Art. 19 PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION:

Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the data controller is 3T Cycling Srl — with registered office at Via Verdi 12, 24122 Bergamo (BG), VAT No.: 03427570167.

Personal data will be processed to administer the Contest.

Data may be processed by employees or collaborators of 3T Cycling Srl authorized for processing and by carefully selected external companies designated as data processors under Article 28 of the GDPR.

All personal data may be processed by the Data Controller for sending commercial information, offers, promotions, discounts, benefits, agreements, and other services.

Data will be processed within the European Union and stored on servers located in the EU.

Transfers to non-EU countries will only occur if adequate levels of protection are guaranteed, either through adequacy decisions by the European Commission or through appropriate contractual or organizational guarantees (e.g., Binding Corporate Rules or Standard Contractual Clauses).

At any time, participants may access their personal data or request its update, modification, or deletion, or exercise any other rights under the applicable data protection laws by writing to 3T Cycling Srl — Via Verdi 12, 24122 Bergamo (BG).

The participant may request confirmation of the existence of their personal data and access it; update, amend, or correct it; request deletion, anonymization, or restriction of processing; object to processing for legitimate reasons; withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal; request portability of their personal data provided to the Controller (receive a copy of the data and request that it be transmitted to another Controller); or lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
