Origins
A project born from community
Reverb Cycling was born in 2023 as a collective of riders united by the idea of “embracing chaos” transforming energy and vibrations into a shared, authentic movement. A group that becomes a community, open, inclusive, and focused on giving rather than taking.
Its vision is built on:
- Inclusivity: men and women from diverse backgrounds, united by the same passion.
- Collective spirit: more than racing, a new way of living gravel.
- Connection: between people, places, and cultures.
Reverb and 3T share a core value: placing people at the center. That’s what led 3T to support the project from day zero.
The Race Side
An international team on the rise
The Reverb Cycling Team is the sporting expression of the community: a modern, flexible, competitive yet deeply human structure.
It competes on the world’s major gravel stages:
- Gravel Earth Series
- UCI Gravel World Series
- Ultra races in remote regions
Athletes from different countries and with different backgrounds, full time athletes or giving it all after a 9-5 job.
Competition is part of Reverb’s DNA, but always connected to exploration, sharing, and the human dimension of cycling.
The Community Side

The community is made up of:
local riders, traveling cyclists, international athletes, enthusiasts looking for a home base.
The philosophy is simple: create a place where people can ride together, share adventures, and grow a movement that goes beyond racing.
The Reverb Hubs: Bergamo & Mallorca
Reverb Hub – Bergamo
The heart of the project. A physical space close to 3T HQ where cycling is lived and shared: renting 3T bikes, community, stories, events, and group rides.
It’s more than a rental point or a showroom: it’s the “basecamp” for the team and for the community.
Reverb Mallorca
A second strategic hub in Palma, created to experience the island on gravel and connect with an international community in constant movement.
In Mallorca, Reverb represents the project’s international spirit: cycling, culture, landscapes, and shared rides across the Balearics.
Reverb Cycling in Girona
A new community emerging with Velodrom.cc
Girona is now one of the world’s gravel capitals and it’s here that Reverb, together with 3T, is planting the seeds of a new community.
During a social ride with Velodrom Odeon, 3T and Reverb introduced the new season, gathering privateers, athletes, and local cyclists.
This marks the beginning of a “distributed hub,” powered by connection to local gravel culture, social rides, community‑driven events
