Service Centers are 3T dealers’ first point of contact for servicing and repair. 3T components are technically advanced products requiring correct servicing and problem determination. This applies especially to 3T wheelsets. If your customer has damaged their 3T wheel, we strongly recommend you return the wheel to your regional Service Center.3T Service Centers have skilled technicians with access to the full range of 3T original spare parts. Only if components are repaired with original 3T parts can they be warranted fit for purpose.
