Here at 3T one of our New Year’s resolutions was to improve the delivery experience for our customers. Of course, our first priority is that the bike arrives safe and sound and that new bike day isn’t spoiled by a courier’s bad day. But we knew that there could be a way for an already great day to just be that much more special than it already was.
So when we went looking for a partner to help us provide a true VIP experience we kept hearing the name “Kitzuma”. Based out of the Asheville/Western NC region this group of riders set out to change the way bikes were delivered to customers. With Kitzuma, your bike is delivered 100% assembled and ready to ride. They’ll even put your pedals on!

So how do you use Kitzuma? Well, next time you go to checkout with a bike in your cart you’ll see the option to add the service as well. Be sure to double-check that your zip code is one they can service ( you can check that HERE as well) and just check the box to say you want your bike delivered with Kitzuma’s white-glove service.
Normally this service will tack on an extra $149 from our regular delivery but for the first 3 months, to celebrate the launch, we’re going to offer it free of charge to anyone who orders through 3T.BIKE.
