Puoi pedalare la Ultra Boost proprio come la tua normale bici da gravel Ultra, con la differenza che puoi ampliare i tuoi orizzonti.
At the start of the ride, we had to pass through downtown Taichung, then welcome the first uphill. With the 3T Torno 40T in front and SRAM 11-36T in the back, you still can still find the smile on our faces.
Supply stop- For most of the cities in Taiwan, you’re able to find a convenience store like 7-11 easily for energy supply, even in mountain areas with an altitude of 2025m. Oops, that means we’re gonna have our next challenge!?
After the uphill, the perfect moment was coming: a downhill! I have to say, I definitely feel confident on 3T C45 Ltd wheels during the descent. They are not only wider, faster and stronger, but I would also suggest adding “stabler” (stable indeed) as a feature of the wheelset.
Another climb started till the destination- Guguan.: the total elevation was 1177m in 55 km (one way).
Finally, we saw the gate, that was the end of today’s riding. This point in Guguan is the start of the road that crosses exactly between the western and eastern parts of Taiwan.
The hot spring hotel has “Five Elements” hot spring pools, with different effects.
Sorry, we didn’t realize how beautiful the view was during climbing on the first day. So, we took a slower pace on the second day, we spent more time to see the view. That’s amazing, isn’t it? I think most of the riders would love to ride on these mountain roads.
Last stop before heading home, a friend of ours invited us to his garden. See, that was one most amazing pour over coffee I’ve ever had, that truly smells and tastes great. For us, this fantastic coffee was the remarkable ending of two-days of riding.
Four Exploro bikes with different settings. And they’re all good for this route. And the most important thing is we all enjoyed this trip so much. Super!!
Are you ready to take your Exploro to explore Taiwan/Taichung?
