The Traka week in Girona is the place to be for gravel lovers

We’re in Girona, and the energy is electric.

The Traka is officially started! The first wave of racers rolled out this morning for 560k of adventure, kicking off what promises to be an unforgettable week of gravel! Be sure to follow Cynthia Carson on the race.

As one of the most anticipated events on the gravel calendar, The Traka brings riders from all over the world to the dirt roads and scenic backdrops of Girona. And also this year, 3T is right in the thick of it; on the start lines, in the social scenes, and at the heart of the gravel community.

Racing with 3T: Performance on Every Kilometer

From the ultra-endurance 560K to the punchier 200K, our ambassadors and riders are out there giving it everything on 3T’s full range of gravel machines. Whether it’s the racier aero builds or the more tought, off-road setups, our bikes are designed for exactly this kind of terrain: fast, varied, and relentlessly beautiful. The Reverb team, Amy Carter and more 3T riders are preparing themselves for the next races!

It’s still early in the week, but the atmosphere at the start line this morning said it all: this is going to be one for the books.

The Velodrom Odeon x 3T: From Social Rides to Stage Talks

In partnership with our friends at Velodrom, we’ve set up a unique meeting point for the community in one of the most iconic buildings in Girona: the Odeon. Once a historic theater, now reborn as Velodrom’s brand-new shop, the Odeon is a stunning blend of cycling culture, architecture, and creativity.

This week, it’s not just about the racing; we’re also hosting social rides, welcoming everyone from curious first-timers to seasoned gravel addicts. It’s the perfect way to ride and connect in Girona’s magic at a different pace.

Live Podcast Session: Stories from the Odeon Stage

And because gravel is about more than watts and KOMs, we’re bringing deeper conversations to the table too. At the Odeon, we hosted a live podcast session featuring some of our ambassadors, team members, and special guests. Sharing about stories from the saddle, tech talk, and reflections on what makes Girona and The Traka such a special place for this community.

Stay Tuned

The week is just beginning and there’s plenty more to come: races, rides, hangouts, and maybe even a few surprises. If you’re in Girona, come visit us at the Odeon or at the start line. If you’re following along from afar, stay tuned here and on our socials for behind-the-scenes looks, race recaps, and gravel goodness.
